I use the term Marketing Ronin when describing myself. Most of you know that the term Ronin is Japanese for Masterless Samurai. Well, I’m the equivalent of that in the marketing world.

I have an MBA in Marketing with a BFA in Drawing. I work with a lot of graphics and video production software as well as traditional methods.

I ran my own business for 5 years as a “gun for hire” for businesses without their own marketing resources. That means everything from consulting, strategy, research, media creation and buying was covered to name just a few. (Hence the description.)

I have rejoined the corporate world, but still seek a long-term “master”. Meanwhile, I still find time to help out businesses in the marketing arena.
